Lee A. Walker Memorial Scholarship

LAWMSF's Story

Picture
The Lee A. Walker Memorial Scholarship was established in 2007 by my late mother Renee R. Walker and our family in memory of my brother Lee. Lee was an adventurous, genuine, determined spirit. He came from small beginnings, but was encouraged to pursue his  dreams by members of his school (Cold Hollow Career Center) and a prominent Vermont Maple producer (Brannon's Maple - Fairfield, VT) with whom he participated in an internship-like program doing maple production.

In order to encourage students with a similar background to Lee - we created a scholarship program to support their pursuits.
